City Manager: Mike Talbot

Mission: The City Manager is the chief administrative officer of the City of Bastrop and is appointed by the Council to implement and administer the policies established by the Council. The City Manager is responsible for making recommendations concerning policies and programs to the Council and developing methods to insure the efficient operation of the city services.
