City of Bastrop Municipal Court Payments Only 

 *Notice: Offenders under 17 years of age must appear in court.

 Make sure your citation is for the City of Bastrop Municipal Court.

 Instructions for paying Court fees online:

1. Read the Citation Information page. 

2. Print and complete the Citation Reply Form and mail to the Court at the address above.

3. View the Offense and Fines List to determine your fine amount.

4. If you are paying online, Click on Pay Online to pay the fine amount by credit card.

5. Defensive Driving Request: print and mail the notarized form to the Court with copy of your driver's license and proof of liability insurance included. The defensive driving fee may also be paid online.
