| The City of Bastrop Planning and Zoning Commission will meet at 7:00 p.m. in the Bastrop City Council Chambers, 904 Main Street, Bastrop, Texas. 1. Call to order. 2. Roll call. 3. Announcements. 4. Approval of the May 29, 2008 meeting minutes. 5. Executive Session: The Bastrop Planning and Zoning Commission will meet in closed/executive session pursuant to the Texas Government Code, Chapter 551.71 (Consultation with Attorney) to discuss the following:

RP08-01: Public Hearing: Discussion and possible action on a request to replat Lot 2 Farm Lot 18, east of Main Street approximately 0.952 of an acre out of Lot 2, Farm Lot18, into two single family residential lots, located on the east side of Pecan Street, the south side of Beech Street, and the north side of Farm Street in the city limits of Bastrop, Texas.
7. CUP08-04: Public Hearing: Discussion and possible action on a request for a Conditional Use Permit to allow for the construction of a public school facility (Performing Arts Center) at 1401 Cedar Street, an area zoned SF-7; Single Family Residential and to construct said facility at a height of 63.5 feet, where the maximum is 35 feet. The subject property is 10.575 acres out of Farm Lot 35 E M, located at the southwest corner of Cedar and Chambers Streets and on the east side of Fayette Street in the city limits of Bastrop, Texas. The item was tabled at the Commission’s May 29 meeting.

Z08-08: Public Hearing: Discussion and possible action on a request to rezone approximately 242 acres out of Mozea Rouseau Survey, commonly known as Pecan Park, from AOS, Agricultural/Open Space District to approximately 204.57 acres of SF-7, Single Family Residential and approximately 37.43 acres of MF-2, Multi-Family Dwelling. The property is located between the north side of the Colorado River, the southern terminus of Childers and the west side of Perkins Street in the city limits of Bastrop, Texas.
9. Discussion and possible action regarding a recommendation for the Commission’s representative to the Main Street Board. 10.
