If you are planning a "Special Event" (an event that includes fundraising, vendors, street closures, canopies, displays, or any additional needs from the City of Bastrop) you must complete a Special Event Application. For more information e-mail Victoria Psencik at vpsencik@cityofbastrop.org.
- All reservations MUST be made IN PERSON. Rental and Deposit fees are due at that time.
- Pavilion rentals cannot be tentatively held over the phone or email.

- Reservation hours are from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.
- Alcohol is not allowed in parks per City Ordinance.

- Check, exact cash or,money orders made payable to City of Bastrop are the acceptable forms or payment.
- No debit/credit cards.
- There is a service charge on a returned check, as set by the District Attorney’s office.
- Damage or maintenance as a result of the rental will be charged against the deposit.
- Request for security deposit and/or other fees will be submitted for refunding if the city property is clean and free of litter, and no damages. Expect to receive the refund check via US mail 4 to 6 weeks after rental date.

- Personal BBQ pits must be set up away from pavilion, other structures, and trees, and must be monitored at all times. Do not dump coals in trash or on the ground—bring appropriate container and fill with water to cover hot coals.
